Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By adding Glory (“the Bot”), operated by Glorious (“we”, “us”), to a Discord server or by using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13, or older where required by local law) to use the Bot. Adding the Bot to a server requires the Discord permissions to do so; by inviting it, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of that server.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Bot to:
- violate any applicable law or Discord's policies;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising;
- attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure;
- circumvent rate limits, bans, or other safeguards.
We may restrict or remove the Bot from any server that breaks these rules.
4. Availability
The Bot is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
5. User content
You keep ownership of any content you submit through the Bot (for example a username you ask Glory to look up). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Bot's features. You are responsible for content you submit.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user or server at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot, including loss of data or server disruption.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and material changes may be announced in our support server. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the new Terms.
